Pattern Shop: Facilities for wood, metal and reinforced plastics.We are happy to quote for your pattern requirements. Pattern storage is available.

Heat Treatment: A range of gas fired program controlled heat treatment furnaces are available for contract heat treatment. Gas fired program controlled heat treatment furnaces.

Largest sizes: 10 m long x 1.5 m wide x 1.5 m high.

For normalizing, tempering, stress relieving, and hardening. Water quench facilities, including differential hardening.

Machine Shop: We have on hand an extensive range of machinery, particularly suited to machining manganese and wear resistant metals. Please request a quotation for any of your machining needs.

Processing: We have facilities available for processing steel castings and fabrications, such as Arc Air; shotblast; 100, 200, and 300 tonne presses.

Inspection:  Our expertise in non-destructive testing covers ultrasonic, dye penetrant and magnetic particle testing. We can arrange radiographic inspection.

Laboratory: NATA approved for chemical tensile, bend, hardness and impact testing.
