A highly successful recent addition to Flowserve Davies & Baird’s product range are Pelton Wheel, Francis Runner and other types of rotating element castings for power generation turbines.

These castings are traditionally very challenging to manufacture and represent the pinnacle of sand castings endeavour.

At Flowserve Davies & Baird, our highly developed skills have resulted in our clients being delighted with the dimensional precision and material quality of our stainless steel Pelton Wheel and Francis Runner castings.

Careful attention to detail at all stages from design and manufacture of pattern equipment through to solution heat treatment have ensured these results of which we are immensely proud.
